Why Running is Essential for Your Dog

Have you noticed your dog experiencing "zoomies" - sudden bursts of high-energy running and playing? According to Cornell University's College of Veterinary Medicine, these Frenetic Random Activity Periods (FRAPs) are your dog's way of telling you they need more exercise and mental stimulation.

Benefits of Structured Running Exercise

  • Energy release: Prevents excessive zoomies by providing controlled physical activity
  • Mental stimulation: Engages your dog's mind and reduces boredom
  • Behavioral improvement: Reduces destructive behaviors caused by pent-up energy
  • Health & fitness: Maintains healthy weight and cardiovascular health
  • Safe environment: Our climate-controlled mobile gym provides a secure space for running without hazards
"If your dog exhibits zoomies frequently, they may be telling you that they need more exercise and mental stimulation."

— Dr. Perry, Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine
